In the beginning…
Back in 2015. We were so excited to receive our very own piece of Italy in the form of a Piaggio Ape. This was the original Cart we saw in Italy that started the Gelato dream
Harriet was welcomed into the Dolci & Co family in 2022, we had many clients looking for something a little bit smaller and dressed in the classic White colour. Harriet is going to be a busy girl for Kids parties and other DIY events.
Herb was welcomed into the family in 2017, built especially for smaller events and weddings. Herb was able to go more places.
Henry joined our team in 2019. He was built to be our inner city specialist and to go into lifts and also allow you to DIY hire our carts. There is nothing better than having your very own gelato cart at your event.

This is where we started…
Our very gorgeous Little Red Gelato Car back in 2015.
It all started when we travelled to Europe a long time ago and more so Italy. We loved the small villages, the people and the beautiful country side. But more importantly we sampled the gelato at ever opportunity we possible could. No regrets! Then we saw and fell in love with these very cute beaten up old three wheelers driving around the streets (like crazy people) called an Ape.
We must have one of these Apes, how do we get one???
And so our journey begun…
The Little Red Car is no longer red, it has had a makeover and is now wrapped in black to represent the Dolci & Co brand.
Come on a journey with us and sample some of the best gelato and sorbet, (made locally) you will ever taste. You won’t be disappointed.
We have been so blessed to meet so many beautiful couples, amazing companies, and wonderful people who have entrusted us to bring one of our gorgeous gelato carts to their big day or very special event. The places we have been and the stunning venues we have visited are just mind blowing, to the amazing people whom we have meet along the way has made this adventure so very worth while. We are so truley blessed to call this our little family business and thank each and every past client who has enabled us to continue on our journey.

Henry fits into most lifts in high-rise buildings. Then our beautiful Ape, Frankie which is living his Gelato retirement as a promotional cart for a pop up event or to hire as a small shop front for a new business launch.
